高校预算管理的探讨
An Inquiry into the Budget Management in Universities and Colleges
【摘要】 高校预算是学校经济活动的依据,但普遍存在着管理薄弱的问题。为进一步加强高校预算管理,应当科学确定预算管理体制,认真做好预算的编制、执行和调整工作,并积极监督预算的执行。
【Abstract】 Financial budget is the precondition and the basis of economic activities in universities and colleges. To strengthen the budget management, we should do well in the implementation, execution and adjustment of the budget , and actively supervise the budget execution.
