重新加热对低温渗铬层的影响
Effect of Reheating on Low Temperature Chromized Layers
【摘要】 对T10钢样品经700℃表面盐浴渗铬后进行了重新加热处理。结果表明,重新加热处理后试样表面层的铬元素发生再扩散使渗层增厚,对渗铬层的相组成影响不大,随着重新加热时间的延长,渗铬层与T10钢基底间的贫碳区逐渐向钢的心部移动。
【Abstract】 The T10 steel specimens were reheated after they were chromized in salt bath at 700℃.The results show that reheating for the specimen causes chromized layer thickening due to chromium diffusions and the effect of reheating on phase constituent of the chromized layer is not obvious.With the increase of the reheating time,the carbon-poor zone between chromized layer and T10 steel substrate will transfer towards the substrate.
