气相沉积纳米多层膜吸波性能及机理研究

【摘要】 利用离子束辅助气相沉积法在透明胶片基底上制备了A/B型纳米多层膜,其中A为铁磁层,B为介电层。用透射电镜(TEM)测定了多层膜的层间结构,用X射线光电子谱(XPS)测定了铁磁层中铁的化合态,并对样品在(8~18)GHz频段内的吸波性能进行了测试。结果表明,气相沉积法可以制得良好的层间结构,单层铁磁层和介电层厚度比有一个最佳值;多层膜的层数对吸波效果影响很大,铁磁层中铁的价态对吸波效果有一定的影响。基于这些试验结果,用量子理论探讨了纳米多层膜的吸波机理。

【Abstract】 Nano-structure multilayers of A /B were prepared with ion beam aided vapour deposition.In multilayers A represented ferromagnetic layer and B represented dielectric layer.The structure of multilayers was characterized by TEM and the valence sate of Fe was studied by XPS.Using HP1504B RAM system,reflectivity of radar wave of these nano-structure multilayers was measured between 8GHz and 18GHz.The results show that the microwave absorbing property is affected remarkably by the thickness ratio between ferromagnetic layer and dielectric layer,and the sum of layers.It is also related to the valence state of Fe in ferromagnetic layer.The mechanism of wave-absorption is discussed based on quantum theory.
