22CrMoH钢齿轮淬火畸变与开裂原因分析及对策
Analysis on Quenching Distortion and Crack of 22CrMoH Steel Gears and Its Counter Measures
【摘要】 通过金相检验和扫描电镜等检测手段对齿轮淬火畸变与开裂进行了分析。结果表明,齿轮材料中带状组织严重偏析和金相组织不均匀是导致齿轮产生淬火畸变与开裂的主要原因。同时,主动齿轮材料中渗入的氢加速了裂纹的扩展。
【Abstract】 The quenching distortion and crack of the gears were analyzed by means of metallograph and SEM.The results showed that the severe banded structure segregation and uneven microstructure existing in the steel of the gears was the main reason to cause the quenching distortion and crack of the gears,and the hydrogen diffused in the drive gear induced the crack to expand quickly.
