机械合金化制备磨球表面铬铝合金涂层
The Cr-Al Alloy Coating on Grinding Balls Surface by Mechanical Alloying
【摘要】 采用机械合金化(MA)工艺,在GCr15钢磨球表面获得了铬铝合金涂层。运用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计等仪器测定了涂层的组织、结构与硬度。结果表明,利用MA原理,能在常温及保护性气氛条件下获得无环境污染的合金涂层。
【Abstract】 The Cr-Al surface coating on GCr15 bearing steel balls by mechanical alloying (MA) was studied. The microstructure,phase structure and microhardness of Cr-Al coating was measured by optical microscope,SEM,XRD and micro-hardness tester. The results show that Cr-Al coating under normal temperature and protective atmosphere without environmental pollution could be obtained by MA process.
