铝合金发动机缸体微弧氧化层的特性

【摘要】 对经微弧氧化处理后的 4 0型铝合金缸体的性能指标的测试 ,研究分析了微弧氧化处理后镀层的耐磨性 ,并与磷钒铜铸铁、镀硬铬层的耐磨性能进行了对比。结果表明 ,经微弧氧化处理后的铝合金缸体运行稳定性及性能测试指标均优于镀硬铬 ;在油润滑条件下 ,其耐磨性能优于镀硬铬层和磷钒铜铸铁的
【Abstract】 The performance index of model 40 aluminum alloy cylinder after micro-arc oxidation was tested. The wear-resistant properties of micro-arc oxidation (MAO)coating on aluminum alloy were studied and compared with Cr-plating and wear-resisting P-V-Cu cast iron. The results show that the running stability and performance testing index of the cylinder with micro-arc oxidation are better than that of Cr-plating. The wear-resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating is also better than those of Cr-plating and the P-V-Cu cast iron under the condition of oil lubrication.
