中低碳空冷贝氏体钢的冲击磨损行为

【摘要】 研究了含Si量分别为 0 3 4%和 1 45 %的两种高强度 (σb≥ 1 60 0MPa)和高韧性 (αku≥ 84J·cm 2 )空冷贝氏体钢的冲击磨损行为。经透射电镜观察分析 ,含 1 45 %Si空冷贝氏体钢中的贝氏体属于无碳贝氏体 ,而含0 3 4%Si空冷贝氏体钢中的贝氏体属于典型下贝氏体组织。用扫描电镜分析研究了钢的冲击磨损表面及亚表面形貌特征 ,结果表明 ,冲击磨损失重是由于表面疲劳裂纹的萌生与扩展产生表面疲劳剥落所致。经相同冲击次数后 ,含 1 45 %Si钢的亚表面疲劳裂纹长度及裂纹尖端距表面深度均比含 0 3 4%Si的钢长。在冲击磨损试验条件下 ,1 45 %Si钢表现出较为强烈的加工硬化特性 ,经约 1 60 0次冲击磨损试验后 ,磨损失重比 0 3 4%Si贝氏体钢约高 5 0 %,抗冲击磨损性能较低

【Abstract】 The impact wear behaviors of two high strength(σb1600MPa)and high toughness(αku84Jcm-2)steels containing 0.34%wt Si and 1.45%wt Si respectively were studied.Under the TEM observation,the 1.45%wt Si steel was a carbide-free bainite while 0.34%wt Si steel was a typical lower bainite.The impact worn surface and subsurface feature were investigated with a SEM.The results show that the surface impact worn is caused by the initiation and propagation of the surface fatigue cracks.After a number of same impacts,the length and the distance of crack tip to surface in (1.45%wt) Si steel are longer than those in 0.34%wt Si steel.Under the impact wear condition,1.45%wt Si steel exhibits stronger working harden behavior and has larger impact wear rate than that of 0.34%wt Si steel.After 1600 cycles impacts,the weight loss of (1.45%wt) Si steel is 50% higher than that of the other one.
