水培柳树插条对重金属镉的反应研究

【摘要】 研究了在水培条件下镉(Cd2+)对乔木柳4个优良无性系(J172、J799、J795、J1011)的插条根系形态建成和芽萌动生长的影响。结果表明,Cd2+处理推迟了插条起始生根时间,J172、J799插条生根时间由Cd2+质量浓度为0(对照)时的7.3,8.0 d分别延迟到Cd2+含量为50×10-6时的20.2,21.5 d;Cd2+对插条不定根的生长有一定抑制作用(J172、J799、J795、J1011的平均根长分别由对照的3.24,3.38,4.23,4.54 cm降至Cd2+质量浓度为50×10-6时的0.37,0.58,0.0 cm),不定根数量和根系鲜重则表现为高质量浓度时抑制(J172在Cd2+50×10-6时单个插条不定根为2.4条)、在低中等质量浓度下促进或无明显影响(J172在Cd2+10×10-6时为22.5条),但对插条生根率影响不大。Cd2+对插条的萌芽影响小,但对其生长发育有抑制作用。Cd2+对插条根系形成的影响比对萌条的影响大。在Cd2+质量浓度不超过20×10-6的污染水环境中,插条能正常生长发育,无性系J172和J799表现较好,无性系J172有较大的Cd2+修复潜力。

【Abstract】 We studied the root formation and shoot development of willow cuttings with the treatment of Cadmium(Cd2+)under water culture.With the treatment,rooting time delayed(rooting times of clones J172,J799 are 7.3,8.0 d respectively at Cd2+ 0,but are 20.2,21.5 d respectively at Cd2+ 50×10-6);root elongation was inhibited(root average lengths of clones J172,J799,J795,J1011 are 3.24,3.38,4.23,4.54 cm respectively at CK,but are 0.37,0.58,0.0,0.0 cm respectively at Cd2+ 50×10-6),root number and root fresh weight were decreased under high Cd2+ concentration whereas increased or had no change under medium or low Cd2+ concentration.The shoot length and fresh weight were decreased.The treatment has little effect on rooting ratio,sprouting ratio and sprouting time.Willow cuttings developed normally with Cd2+ concentration not greater than 20×10-6.Willow clone J172(Salix×jiangsuensis CL.’172’)has great potential in Cd2+ phytoremediation.
