VGT涡轮增压整车性能瞬态参数采集系统
Transient data acquisition system for vehicle with VGT supercharged engine
【摘要】 内燃机瞬态参数采集系统都限于台架试验,作者设计了一种便携式VGT涡轮增压整车性能瞬态参数采集系统.该系统采用了CM3504/8高性能程控滤波器,完成对动态输入信号的程控增益、抗混滤波、AC/DC耦合等调理工作;运用DAQP-308PCMCIA总线数据采集卡的设计方法,实现同步采样保持、高低通滤波、抗混滤波、隔离信号调理、差分输入/输出等功能,最大采样频率为100kHz;采用DASYLab驱动软件,具有图形化人机交换界面;通过应变仪、温度变送器和F/V转换器等将压力、温度和转速信号转换成模拟电压信号,由采集系统进行实时采集、实时存储.该系统应用于VGT涡轮增压整车高原性能试验,能够满足VGT涡轮增压柴油机整车性能瞬态参数的数据采集、过程控制和分析处理的要求.
【Abstract】 A convenient transient data acquisition system for vehicles adopting CM3504/8 filter to complete the plus, resist and filter of the mixed waves and AC/DC coupling for input signal is designed. The bussing data collecting card, DAQP-308,has maximal sampling frequency of 100 kHz. It is used to achieve sampling keeping, filtering the high or low waves, resisting filtering of the mixed waves, separating signal, difference input/output etc. The software, DASYLab, has graphical interfaces and is used to complete collecting data, course controlling and analyzing. By using strain gauge, temperature convertor and F/V switch, the pressure, temperature and rotation signals are converted into simulation signals, and collected and stored real-time.
