非平衡等离子体处理柴油机有害排放

【摘要】 柴油机排放后处理的难点是NOx和颗粒.传统的后处理器不能有效降低柴油机的有害排放.综合考虑了柴油机排放的特点,提出了一种新的排放后处理方案,利用非平衡等离子体结合微粒捕集器综合降低柴油机的有害排放,并自行设计了等离子体发生器.理论分析和初步的试验研究表明,该后处理方案对于降低柴油机NOx排放和再生微粒捕集器是有效的,并具有较高的实用性.

【Abstract】 To reduce NO_x and particulates is a difficult task for the exhaust in diesel engine. There are many problems existed in traditional after-treatment devices, and the harmful exhaust cannot be effectively reduced. A new method was proposed to reduce the harmful exhaust from vehicle diesel engine by using non-thermal plasma and diesel particulate filter (DPF) simultaneously, and a new non-thermal plasma generator was designed. The principle of the whole project and test results were discussed in detail. This project is effective and practical for NO_x reducing and DPF regeneration.
