转速对内燃机滑动轴承润滑性能的影响

【摘要】 该文主要分析了转速对轴承润滑性能影响的机理,并应用R icardo轴承设计软件针对某柴油机连杆大头轴承的最大油膜压力、最小油膜厚度以及功率损耗等润滑性能进行了仿真计算,结果表明转速增加将较大地增加轴承功率损耗,但最小油膜厚度呈现先增后减,最大油膜压力呈现先减后增的趋势,而在一个循环内,最小油膜厚度持续时间延长,最大油膜压力多次出现,均加剧了轴承的疲劳。显示在高转速下惯性负荷对轴承润滑性能起主要作用。该文的结果对于高速柴油机设计具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The mechanism how the rotational speed affects the lubrication performance of journal bearing has been discussed and analyzed in this paper.And simulation on lubrication performance of conrod big end bearing of a diesel engine has been studied by the Ricardo’s bearing design software.The result shows that the power loss increases,and the minimum oil film increases first and then decreases,while the maximum oil pressure decreases first and then increases.And the last time of minimum oil film increases and the number of maximum oil pressure increase,which will create more bearing fatigue.The results has revealed that the inertia load gives the prime effect on lubrication performance of journal bearing at high rotational speed.The conclusion will give some good contributions to the design of high speed diesel engine.
