【摘要】 计费作为一种经济手段不仅关系到网络服务提供商的运营成本回收和盈利,而且也是一种提高网络资源利用率保证服务质量的有效措施。文章分析了宽带网络计费系统的现状及存在的问题,针对电信级宽带计费运营系统的需求,从系统仿真的角度提出了有效的灵活的计费策略及折扣定制的设计方案和具体实现方法,能够为不同需求的用户提供不同的服务并按不同的要求进行不同的收费,实现多层次的用户需求和宽带运营服务盈利。更多还原

【Abstract】 <Abstrcat>As an economic means, billing system is not only concerned with ISP’s cost and profit, but also an effective way to control network resources and provide QoS. This paper analyzed the current status and the existing problems of billing system of broad-band network, and put forward a corresponding design and implementation of billing policy and its discount policy to meet user’s requirements from the angle of systematic emulation.
