一类上下游生产线协调生产计划的模型与仿真
Model and Simulation of Harmonious Production Planning for a Class of Up-down Lines
【摘要】 大型产品的生产往往需要在不同的生产线上进行,各生产线之间构成了上下游结构关系,给生产计划的制定带来新的问题。该文研究一类带有限缓冲区的上下游生产线协调生产计划的模型,建立了上下游生产线部件成品关联结构。由于此类模型本质上是非线性的,因而难以进行快速和有效的求解。文中通过适当的变量替换,将非线性规划模型转化为线性规划模型,从而给实际应用带来了便利。仿真实例表明,依据该结构所建立的线性规划模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 Since the production of large-scale parts is made through different li nes and there is a relation of up-down structure among the lines, a new problem for production planning is therefore put out. In this paper, a harmonious model o f production planning for a class of up-down lines with limited buffers is stud i ed and relational structure for the products is presented. Because of its natur al non-linearity, it is difficult to sovle the model fast and efficiently. By us ing proper variable transform, the non-linear model is changed into a linear one , and it is easy for practical use. Simulation results are given to illustrate t he efficiency of the proposed linear model.
