QREV电动轿车的制动性建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Braking Performance of QREV Electric Car
【摘要】 运用多体系统动力学知识 ,以多体系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS为技术平台 ,建立QREV电动轿车的功能虚拟样机。该样机由前悬架、后悬架、转向系及轮胎四个子系统组成。在此基础上 ,通过直线制动和转弯制动仿真 ,分析研究该车的制动效能、制动稳定性以及制动力矩作用时间和制动力矩大小对制动性能的影响。仿真结果表明该车具有较好的制动性。利用虚拟样机技术研究汽车动力性 ,可以减少实车试验次数 ,缩短研制周期 ,有效降低成本 ,为汽车设计制造提供了一种有效方法。
【Abstract】 Using the knowledge of multi-body system dynamics, in the multi-body system dynamics simulation software ADAMS ,a virtual prototype of QREV electric car is developed and numerical analysis is carried out for braking performance of the QREV car .The virtual prototype includes front suspension,back suspension, steering and tire subsystem. It researches the ability and stabilization of braking performance through braking of straight line and braking of swerve. The results of simulation show that the car has a better braking performance, and can meet the requirements of the design.
