【Abstract】 DHCP has made PNP-able hosts, meanwhile, the mobile IP technology has made mobile hosts. But when DHCP is applied to a statically configured host, the original configuration will lose completely. Also, registration trade-off makes the mobile IP technology an inefficient approach.
