【Abstract】 Under the guidance of Unified Process, this article is mainly dedicated to the detailed description of a Web based system developed for the management of food menus and foodstuff purchase, which comprises the key techniques and the overall development process. Meanwhile, PowerDesigner 9.0 is deployed as the CASE tool to establish the business log ic and E R diagrams, which are ultimately converted to the physical data model of SQL Server 2000.
