根据日产量动态调整批量和提前期的物料需求计划研究

【摘要】 在需求不稳定的情况下,每个物料事先设定的批量和提前期可能会与需求不匹配,从而导致传统物料需求计划运算生成的计划不符合企业的实际情况。为此,提出了根据日产量动态调整批量和提前期的两种物料需求计划算法,同时将这两种算法与传统物料需求计划算法进行了比较,说明了本文所提出的算法在需求量产生波动时的优越性。

【Abstract】 Because of instability of customer requirements, predefined lot size and lead-time of each kind of material in the Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) system probably could not match the requirements which resulted that the schedule generated by traditional Material Requirement Planning (MRP) algorithm could not tally with actual situation of enterprises. Two new MRP algorithms of dynamic adjustments on the lot size and the lead-time based on daily output were proposed. Through comparison between proposed algorithms with the traditional MRP algorithm, advantages of the new algorithms were proved under requirement fluctuation.
