【摘要】 针对目前软件组织人员管理杂乱无序的状态,在基于组织行为学的科学理念基础之上,提出了一个非常实用的SW-KPA(SoftwareKeyProcessArea)中IT人员行为分析管理概念模型,作为组织的管理者应该从个体和整体两个方面来对考虑软件工程中的人的因素,从而提高组织中“人”的资源的利用率和软件产品的生产率。这种概念模型已经在实践中得到检验,具有很强的实用价值,并给出了其进一步的发展方向。更多还原
