【摘要】 讨论了神经网络系统应用于气象预报的实现,用VC维方法来寻找合适的网络结构,提出了一种神经网络和遗传算法相结合的天气预报方法,对卫星雷达观测到的气象数据加于处理分析,以期更快更好地得到神经网络系统的最优解。并以上海地区天气预报作为试验,试验结果得到了上海中心气象局有关专家的肯定。更多还原
