【摘要】 应用主动业务探测机制,提出了从用户角度出发、合理反映FTP应用的5个性能指标。针对网络测量容易受到缓存机制的干扰而影响测量结果的现象,在深入分析的基础上给出了解决问题的方法,进而探讨了提高测量精度的方法和实现。实验表明在此基础上开发出的测量工具,很好地反映了FTP应用的性能状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the concept of using active measurement method to probe the performance of end-to-end application, five metrics are proposed to reflect the performance of FTP from end users’ perspective. A method to improve the precision of measurement is proposed to compensate for the deficiency that network measurement is sensitive to the buffer system. A measurement tool is developed to prove the strongpoint of this method in practice.更多还原
