【Abstract】 This article comes up with a rigorous but simple algorithm of creating component Voronoi diagram with high performance. It units and extends the conceptions of “bi-axis” and Bimedial Skeleton, as well as discovering the relations between component Voronoi diagram and morpha of according graph.
