【Abstract】 This paper describes and analyzes the characteristics of CMM-based software risk management, and a software risk control optimization model is presented. Moreover, a software risk control strategy and a dynamic programming algorithm are put forward. Finally an example of using above method to solve a discrete problem is given. This research provides strong supports for effectively managing and quantitatively controlling software risk, and greatly promoting the possibility of the success of software projects. Therefore, it can be widely used in the application for CMM-based software project risk management.更多还原
