自强不息 厚德载物—南京市夫子庙小学校长程钢个案研究
Constantly Striving to Become Stronger and Having Enough Virtues to Tolerate with Others——On a Case of Chen Gang, the Principal of Fuzimiao Elementary School of Nanjing
【摘要】 本个案采用社会科学研究中的质的研究方法,通过实地访谈和观察分析,描述了程钢成为名校长的历程,揭示了他成功的因素。
【Abstract】 With researchful methods about quality in the research of social science, this case describes the experience of Chen Gang’s being prominent schoolmaster and reveals the reasons of his success through field interviewing, observing and analyzing.
