现代企业预算管理研究
Deliberation of Modern Enterprise Budget Management
【摘要】 企业预算管理是我国加强企业管理、建立现代企业制度进程中的一项重要内容。为此拟就现代企业预算管理的意义、现行预算管理中所存在的问题及应对措施做一些探讨。
【Abstract】 Enterprise budget management is a main content in the course of strengthening enterprise management and building up modern enterprise system in our country. This paper discusses the significance of modern budget management, the problems existed and the countermeasures.
