【摘要】 桌面视频会议是近年来网络应用的重点,国际电信联盟(ITU)也为基于分组交换网络(PBN)的多媒体会议系统制定了H.323建议。论文介绍了一个依据ITU-TH.323建议开发的、适用于TCP/IP网络的多点视频会议系统。在该系统中,用软件实现了MCU,大大降低了系统成本。该系统使用C/S结构和集中式的控制方式,适合在Internet上使用。测试结果表明,该系统具有较高的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Desktop video conference system is one of the focuses in internet application in recent years,and the International Telecommunication Union(ITU) has been also purposed the Recommendation H.323 for multimedia commu-nications over Packet Based Networks(PBN).According to the ITU-T Recommendation H.323 Draft V4,the authors have designed and implemented a multipoint video conference system,which is based on the TCP/IP network.The MCU in this system is totally implemented by pure software;therefore,the system is tremendously economic.This system is based on Client/Server structure and running in centralized mode,thus it is suitable to be used on the Internet.The experimental results show that our system has certain value in application.更多还原
