【Abstract】 An advanced autofocus system method based on the Image Cytometry with auto-slide-change system(Auto-Slide ICM)is proposed.More complex than that based on the common three-dimensional microscope carrier,the autofocus system involves the foucs function of cell image and the judgement function of blank-fields,as well as the search arithmetic supporting auto-slide-change.Upon this auto-slide system,the Auto-slide ICM has the ability to scan 20 slides continuously without human interference,which enhances the analysis efficiency greatly.更多还原
