纳米晶复合永磁材料各向异性的研究进展
Developments of Research on Anisotropism of Nanocomposite Permanent Magnet Materials
【摘要】 具有优良磁性能的各向异性R-Fe-B(R:稀土元素)粘结磁体受到广泛的关注,使用各向异性熔体快淬带制备各向异性粘结磁体工艺较为简单。本文介绍了熔体快淬带织构的形成机理和研究进展,着重于微观结构、添加元素以及处理工艺的影响。
【Abstract】 There has been strong demands on developing the anisotropic R-Fe-B (R: rare earth elements) bonded magnets with good magnetic properties. It is considered that the anisotropic melt-spun ribbons enable to form the anisotropic bonded magnets with simple processes. The research advances about texture in melt-spun ribbons was introduced in detail, focusing on the microstructures, treatment techniques and the effects of various additives.
