真空快淬技术制备贮氢合金的新近进展
The Recent Development of Preparation of Hydrogenstorage Alloy with Rapidly Quenched Technology under Vacuum Atmophere
【摘要】 本文介绍了应用真空快淬技术制备贮氢合金。应用真空快淬技术可使合金在极大的过冷度下凝固,经过真空快淬处理后贮氢合金获得具有微晶、纳米晶、非晶特殊微观结构,因而表现出良好的电化学性能。介绍了真空快淬技术在稀土镍系AB5型,AB2型Laves相,稀土镁基贮氢合金等制备中的应用现状,评价了真空快淬技术在制备新型贮氢合金中的作用。
【Abstract】 The preparation of hydrogen storage alloy by rapidly quenched under vacuum atmosphere is introduced. The melt alloy can be solidified at great degree of supercooling by means of rapidly quenched under vacuum. Hydrogen storage alloy has a typical microstructure of microcrystaliline, nanocrystalline and amorphous phase after rapid quenching under a vacuum, thus the alloy presents an excellent electrochemical property in process of electrochemical measure. The application, which rapid quenching technology prepares rare earth-nickel system AB5-type, AB2-type Laves phase, rare earth-Mg based hydrogen storage alloys is analyzed, and appraise the function of the technique preparing new type hydrogen storage alloy.
