数字化工厂技术在生产线规划中的应用
Application of digital factory technology in planning of production
【摘要】 以分析数字化工厂技术的应用效果为目的,讨论虚拟环境中的生产线规划,介绍数字化工厂软件eM-Power,并举例说明在其生产线仿真优化工具eM-Plant环境下进行生产线建模仿真、分析瓶颈设备的过程,证明数字化工厂技术在制造业领域的良好应用前景。
【Abstract】 With the aim of analyzing application effects of digital factory technology, planning of production line in virtual environment is discussed. The digital factory software eM-Power is introduced. An example is given to illuminate the process of modeling and simulating the production line under the software eM-Plant, a module of eM-Power, and analyzing the key equipment. The example verifies that the digital factory technology could be successfully used in manufacturing industry.
