【Abstract】 The kilowatt-hour meter reading system adopts CLIENT-SERVER structure that is to use a PC with multiple lower level reading meters method. The system’s hardware adopts MCS-51 single chip machine as data memory and also adopts AT24C64 as external extended memory.
