Al-C复合材料中Al/C界面的高分辨观察
HRTEM Oservation of Al/C Interface in Al-C Composites
【摘要】 通过等通道挤压(ECAP)制备了Al- C复合材料,并使用HRTEM、EDS和XRD研究了Al- C界面。结果表明,界面上并未出现不稳定的Al4 C3,界面结合较好。Al-C界面分两类:一类为由非晶C和Al形成的界面;另一类为由石墨C和Al形成的界面。在石墨C和Al形成的界面处由于界面应力的作用晶格出现部分扭曲,此处的石墨C有向非晶C转变的趋势。
【Abstract】 Al-3at%C composites were prepared by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP). The microstructure and interface of the aluminum matrix composites were investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Two kinds of interfaces have been found in the composites, one is Al/C (amorphous), the other is Al/C (graphite). At the Al/C (graphite) interface, the lattice of both Al and graphite distorts partially because of interfacial stress, and the graphite has a trend to become amorphous carbon. Al4C3 is not found at the interface Al/C.
