【摘要】 目的　评价应用血管内支架治疗血管性疾病的临床价值。方法　对36例患有血管性疾病的患者施行了血管内支架植入术,包括胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤24例,腹主动脉真性动脉瘤 3 例,腹主动脉夹层动脉瘤 1 例,颈动脉动静脉瘘 1例,左锁骨下动脉狭窄1例,左锁骨下动静脉瘘1例,髂动脉假性动脉瘤4例及股动脉狭窄 1 例。除 1 例左锁骨下动脉狭窄患者、1例股动脉狭窄患者使用了裸支架外,其余34例患者均采用带膜支架进行血管内治疗。结果　术中所有患者均未出现特殊不适,术后随访期间未见明显合并症发生。所有患者均完全消除了临床症状。结论　应用血管内支架治疗血管性疾病是一种实用且效果较好的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of endovascular stents placement in the treatment of some vascular diseases. Methods A total of 36 cases including 24 cases of thoracic aortic dissection, 3 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysms, 1 case of abdominal aortic dissection, 1 case carotid artery and vein fistula,1 case of left subclavian artery stenosis, 1 case of left subclavian artery and vein fistula, 4 cases of common iliac artery pseudoaneurysms and 1 case of femoral artery stenosis, underwent endovascular stents placement. Except 1 case with left subclavian artery stenosis and one case with femoral artery stenoses who were treated with bare stents, the left 34cases were treated with stents-graft placement. Results The technological successful rate of stents-graft placement was 100%. No severe complications occurred. The symptoms in all cases ceased postoperatively. Conclusion It is practicable and effective to treat vascular deseases with endovascular stents placement.更多还原
