【摘要】 目的 探讨StanfordB型胸主动脉夹层介入治疗的疗效。方法 对 9例患者 (其中 4例行介入治疗 )的资料进行分析 ,评价术后和随访结果。结果  3例一次性介入治疗成功 ,2例没有内漏 ,1例Ⅰ型内漏 ;随访期间复查夹层闭合良好。 1例术中导引钢丝无法从真腔进入远端而放弃介入治疗 ,另 1例因动脉弯曲变形而不宜行支架治疗。结论 覆膜支架治疗StanfordB型胸主动脉夹层是一种安全、有效、损伤小的方法 ,近、中期疗效明显 ,远期疗效需进一步大样本观察

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of coated stent-graft placement in the treatment of the Stanford type B thoracic aortic dissection. Methods The data of 9 cases diagnosed to be Stanford type B thoracic aortic dissection by CT,MR,IADSA had been analyzed. The conditions of post-operation and follow-up had been evaluated. Results In the 9 cases, 3 patients had been treated with interventional therapy and had been finished successfully only one time,and each one underwent placement of stent graft.Two patients had been verified no endoleak, and a slight typeⅠendoleak had been found in 1 patient by post-operation angiography. One residual shunts disappeared, and no new endoleak occurred in the three patients. The interventional therapy was given up in one patient because the guide-wire could not be reached the abdominal aortic through the real cavity of the thoracic aortic, and in another patient because of the severe aortic distort. Conclusion Interventional therapy of Stanford type B thoracic aortic with coated stent-graft is a safe, effective, less invasive method. Its recent and middle term effect is satisfactory, the succes rate is high, complication rate is low. Further observations are necessary for long term result with a large sample.
