【摘要】 目的:探讨肾内型肾盂并发巨大鹿角型肾结石的手术疗效。方法:采用肾盂加肾后唇实质段间线切开取石术治疗24例25侧巨大鹿角型肾结石。结果:本组手术顺利取尽结石者22例23侧肾,术后肾内残留小结石(直径<5mm)2例,经ESWL治愈。随访3个月,25侧术肾功能良好。结论:该术式不阻断肾蒂,操作简单,出血少,取石干净,对肾功能影响小,是治疗巨大鹿角型肾结石较理想的手术方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate intrasinusal pyelolithotomy for staghorn calculi of kidney in patients with intrarenal pelvis.Methods:24 cases(25 sides) were treated with an incision of the intrarenal sinus supplemented by a postrenal intersegmental line incision for the removal of huge kidney stone.Results:22 cases(23 sides) were free from any stones.Postoperative examination revealed residual stone in two cases(the diameters being less than 0.5mm) and the stones were cured with ESWL.24 cases were fllowed up for 3 months.25 sides had normal kidney functions.Conclusion:The procedure did not interrupt the renal pedicle and has the advantages of simple procedure,less bleeding,complete removal of calculus,and preservation of renal functions.So it was an ideal treatment for staghorn calculi of kidney.更多还原
