【摘要】 目的了解正常上颌中切牙牙根不同截面根管周壁厚度及根管面积和形态。方法用游标卡尺分别测量360颗上颌中切牙颈部、根中部和根尖1/3部根管的唇壁、舌壁向及侧壁厚度;用日本产LUZEX-F型图像分析仪测量上颌中切牙颈部、根中部横截面根管面积,并观察根管横截面的形态。结果上颌中切牙颈部、根中部及根尖1/3根管壁厚度由大到小:舌壁>唇壁>侧壁;三个测量水平相对应的根管壁厚度存在相关性并得出直线回归方程;根颈部和根中部根管横截面积亦存在相关性;牙颈部根管横截面分为:圆形、椭圆形、半月形和不规则形,根中部及根尖1/3部根管横截面分为:圆形和椭圆形。结论利用牙颈部根管壁厚度和面积推测根中部及根尖1/3部相应部位的根管壁厚度和面积是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the thickness of the wall of root canal and root canal area in different cross sections of maxillary central incisors.Methods Vernier caliper and LUZEX-F image analyzer were used.(Results) The order of the thickness of root canal wall of maxillary central incisors is as follows:lingual>labial>lateral.The cross section of the cervical root canal is round,elliptic,semilunar and irregular in shape;but just round and elliptic for middle root canal and 1/3 level of root apiex.Conclusion It is feasible to count the thickness of the wall and the root canal area at middle root level and 1/3 level of root apiex in the basis of the values of the dental cervix.更多还原
