Application of DNA Molecular Marking Tech- nique in the Protection of Inheritance Diversity of Shellfish
【摘要】 DNA分子标记在遗传学研究中具有操作简便、结果可靠、不受干扰等特点。介绍了DNA分子标记概 念及其在海洋贝类遗传多样性保护中的应用概况。
【Abstract】 DNA molecular marking technique has advantages such as simply operated,trustful results and seldom disturbed.The concept,principle,method and the outlook of application in the field of shellfish inheritance diversity protection were introduced.
