电爆炸喷涂技术在440t/h CFB锅炉上防磨的应用

【摘要】 本文针对华能济宁发电厂#5炉内磨损严重的金属部件,分析了金属件的磨损机理,并采用电爆炸喷涂技术,在磨损最严重的风帽及水冷壁区域定向喷涂制备NiAl/TiC复合涂层,来强化防磨;与电弧喷涂作比较,介绍了此涂层的众多优越性能,如:涂层与基体为冶金结合;涂层本身硬度大;涂层喷涂均匀细密且薄,与管壁表面能平滑过渡,不损伤金属部件内部金相组织;大大延长了金属使用寿命,此技术已在多个电厂推广应用。

【Abstract】 This article aims at #5 boiler’s severe wearing metal components,which belongs to Hua Neng JiNing Power Plant,analyze wearing metal components’ Mechanism,adopting the electric exploding spray technique to forming a NiAl-TiC composite coat on severe wearing metal components’surface of air cap and water-cooling wall to prevent wear abrasion effectively.Compared with electric arc spraying,it is of better advantage,such as coat combined with the base material in a certain metallurgy form.Hardness of the coat is more harder.The coat is uniformity and thinner.The intergradation is flatness,and not damaging the base material inner structure,prolonging the base material life.This new technique has been extended and applied for many power plants.
