水能回收装置引水部件内部流场的CFD分析
CFD analysis of flow inside spiral casing and stay vanes of waterpower recycle equipment
【摘要】 根据某石化公司的节能需要,采用水力机械工作原理研究开发出一种卧式轴流式水能回收装置。 为了优化结构、保证性能及提高水能回收效率,在研究开发工程中,对其引水部件的内部复杂的紊流流 场采用CFD技术进行粘性流动的数值模拟,以取代模型试验。通过对流场的可视化分析,表明圆形断 面的蜗壳进水的均匀性、形成的速度环量比矩形断面的更好。为水能回收装置引水部件优化设计提供 了依据。
【Abstract】 According to the energy - saving requirement of one petrochemical factory, a type of horizontal waterpower recycle equipment was developed by means of the theory of hydraulic machinery. In order to optimize the structure, ensure the performances and increase efficiency of the waterpower recycle, a 3 - dimentional viscous numerical simulation of the complex turbulent flow field in the inducer components was carried out with CFD technique for replacing the model test during the R&D process. With the visual analysis of the flow field, it is shown that the hydraulic performance of the spiral casing with the circle cross - section is superior to the one with rectangle cross-section on two aspects. And these set up the basis for the optimization design of the inducer components in the R&D process of the waterpower recycle equipment.
