【摘要】 为了建立4种赤潮藻(赤潮异弯藻(Heterosigma akashiwo)、海洋褐胞藻(Chattonella marina )、卵圆褐胞藻(Chattonella ovata)、具齿原甲藻(Prorocentrum dentatum))的免疫学检测方法,分别用 4种赤潮藻免疫Balb／C小鼠,制备针对4种不同赤潮藻的抗血清,间接ELISA检测其亲和性和特异 性．结果显示,4种赤潮藻的抗血清对各自藻体均有良好的亲和力和特异性,交叉反应结果显示, 抗血清与同种藻之间有较强的反应而异种赤潮藻之间交又反应较弱．表明单种藻免疫获得的小鼠 多克隆抗体可特异性地与相应赤潮藻作用,可用于赤潮藻的免疫学检测分析．更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim to develop immuno - assay to test four kinds of red - tide algae (Heterosig-ma akashiwo , Chattonella marina, Chattonella ovata and Prorocentrum dentatum). Balb/C mice were immunized with the four kinds of red - tide algae for obtaining the antiserum. The affinity and specificity of sera against four kinds of red - tide algae were tested with indirect ELISA. The results showed that each serum provides good affinity and specificity to respective algae, and there is significant cross - reactivity between the same class of algae, but less between different algaes. The study indicate that the polyclonal antibodies against algae obtained by direct immunizing showed good specificity to respective algae,which can be used in the immuno - analysis of red - tide algae and obtained bases for inspecting, preventing and classify- ing of red - tide.更多还原
