【摘要】 姜酚[1-(3′-甲氧基-4′-羟基苯)-5-羟基-3-脂肪酮类]是生姜中的活性成分,呈现生姜的典型辣味.因其分子中有β-羟基酮结构,理化性质极不稳定;其含量因产地、炮制方法等贮存加工条件不同而不同(一般质量分数为1%～3%).现代医学研究证实姜酚有强心、防治心血管疾病、抗凝血、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗溃疡、止呕、止晕、抑制前列腺素合成、预防胃黏膜损伤、利胆、防腐杀虫、驱虫、护肤美容等十几种生物活性;姜酚参与生物代谢,其毒性较低.姜酚可作为评价生姜及其药物品质的客观指标,也可开发为药物或用于生产保健食品.更多还原

【Abstract】 Gingerols5-hyare the compounds of the bioactivities and the principles in ginger (Zingiber officinal Roscoe). The contents of gingerols vary with the different agricultural operation and processing methods and are often 1%～3% based on the dried weight. It has been shown that the gingerols have the effects of cardiotonic action, antiplatelet, antioxidation, antitumor, anti-ulcer, antiemetic, curring morning diseases, inhibition of insect and microorganism, molluscicida and so on.
