【Abstract】 The development of intermediary organization is part of the institutional innovation, which is vital to China’s market agriculture under the current situation of an open economy. This paper gives an introduction to the Japanese agricultural cooperatives in terms of their course of development, organizational system, business operations, and management mechanism. Analysis is made of the principle of cooperation and the functions of intermediary organizations performed by Japanese agricultural cooperatives in the aspects of organizational functions, circulation of commodities, policy-making and policy implementation.更多还原
