【摘要】 随着我国研究生招生规模的不断扩大,市场经济改革的不断推进,中国的研究生招生体制必将全面推向市场,逐步与国际接轨并进入国际化大循环。与此同时,考研现象在我国的不断升温,研究生报考人数和招生规模的持续增长,现阶段各招生单位均出现不同程度的工作人员紧缺、工作超负荷运转及工作效率低等制约研究生教育发展的因素,改革现有的研究生招生体制,寻找经济、合理、有效的招生模式显得尤为重要。本文从当前研究生招生工作实际出发,探索我国研究生招生制度改革的必要性及改革趋向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasingly extending of the postgraduate enrollment scale in China and continuously advancing of the market economic reform,Chinese postgraduate enrollment institution will necessarily be pushed into market,connecting with the world and entering the great international circulation.Meanwhile,given the escalating tendency of attending the graduate entrance exam,and the increasing enrollment population and scale,now many problems that prohibit the development of postgraduate education appear in all enrollment units.For example,understaffed,overburdened with work,inefficient,etc.It is especially important to reform the current enrollment institution,and search for economic,sensible and efficient enrollment pattern.This paper explores the imperative and tendency of postgraduate enrollment system reform according to the reality we are facing with.更多还原
