SiO2负载磷钨酸催化合成丙酸苄酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Benzyl Propionate with Silicon Dioxide Supported on Phosphotungstic Acid
【摘要】 研究了SiO2负载磷钨酸催化合成丙酸苄酯的反应,考察了催化剂负载量、催化剂用量、苯甲醇/丙酸摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对酯化反应的影响。结果表明,SiO2负载磷钨酸是催化合成丙酸苄酯的良好催化剂,优化条件下,酯化收率达76.3%,催化剂可重复使用。
【Abstract】 Synthetic method of benzyl propionate was investigated using silicon dioxide supported on phosphotungstic acid. The effects of quantity and stability of catalyst , propionic acid/benzyl alcohol molar ratio, reaction time and temperature on the yield of benzyl propionate have been investigated. Results showed the yield was over 76.3% under optimum condition. It proves that silicon dioxide supported on phosophtungstic acid is a high active catalyst for benzyl propionate and can be reused.
