Sino-foreign joint education programs are becoming more and more active and have gained more and more attention from Chinese higher education institutions.Therefore,more emphasis should be put on how to introduce into China high quality education resources,how to manage the programs and how to assure the quality,thus promoting the reform of higher education and teaching.In the light of analyzing a case of joint program,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
