一种宽负载高效率DC-DC变换器的设计
The Design of High Efficiency DC-DC Convertor from a Short Circuit to an Open One
【摘要】 提出了一种E类逆变器加同步整流的DC-DC变换器设计方案,并针对逆变器侧的E类变换器的传统电路无法工作在宽负载场合的缺陷提出了行之有效的改进拓扑,并通过公式推导、具体设计实例及大量的仿真数据证明了改进的可行性,对类似问题的解决有很高的指导性作用.
【Abstract】 A class E inverter is improved by adding an inductive impedance so that it can operate in a very wide range of the load resistance. Furthermore, it’s efficiency is high. Design procedure is shown in this paper, and a real case is put forward to prove the purpose.
