【Abstract】 In the mass-energy relation of the Relativity Theory, the Hamiltonian quantity of the low speed particles in three typical potential fields is joined with a perturbation. In this paper, we modify its energy level, and give the accurate solution of the first modified energy level. Our work will have great devotion to better understanding of the mass-energy relation of the Relativity Theory, and even the theory of steady state perturbation.更多还原
