【摘要】 目的:探讨血脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)与冠心病(CHD)患者血管内皮之间的关系。方法:检测CHD患者血LP-PLA2水平,同时检测内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮细胞因子范登伯因子(vonWillebrandfactor,vWF)及血浆凝血酶活化因子抑制剂-1(plasminogenactivatorinhibitor-1,PAI-1),探讨LP-PLA2对血管内皮功能的影响。结果:CHD组在vWF﹑PAI-1﹑负荷前后FMD差﹑ET﹑NO﹑LP-PLA2项目上均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05),相关检验显示LP-PLA2与NO呈线形负相关,与vWF呈线形正相关(P<0.05)。结论:LP-PLA2是CHD发病的危险因素,它可能通过损伤内皮细胞的功能增加患病风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between the LP-PLA2 and the endothelial cell in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Method Detect the level of LP-PLA2 in plasma,detect ET,NO,vWF,PAI-1 to investigate the effect on the function of the endothelial cell of blood vessel.Result The vWF,PAI-1,the FMD difference before and after load,ET,NO,LP-PLA2 in CHD group show statistical difference with control group(P<0.05),relationship test show that the LP-PLA2 is linar negative relation with NO and linar positive relation with vWF(P<0.05).Conclusion LP-PLA2 is the danger factor of CHD,it contribute to CHD through damaging the endothelial cell function mechanism.更多还原
