【摘要】 目的:总结和评价经尿道电气化切除术(TUVP)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法:回顾性分析289例经尿道前列腺电气化切除术治疗患者的临床资料。结果:最大尿流率(Qmax)由术前(6.6±3.5)ml/s到术后(16.4±3.8)ml/s;国际症状评分由术前(27.2±3.1)分到术后(10.3±2.9)分;生活质量评分由术前(6.1±2.9)分到术后(2.2±1.2)分。结论:TUVP治疗BPH创伤小,出血少,疗效好,术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization prostate for BPH. Method Clinical data of 289 cases of BPH by transurethral vapor-tome were analysed retrospectively. Results In the 189 cases,MFR elevated from(6.6±3.5)ml/s to(16.4±3.8)ml/s,IPSS dropped from(27.2±3.1)to(10.3±2.9)and QOL dropped from(6.1±2.9)to(2.2±1.2)afterTUVP. Conclusion TUVP is less damage in the treatment of BPH, with fewer complication, good result and little blood loss.更多还原
