【摘要】 目的:探讨老年患者胰十二指肠切除术的可行性及术后胰瘘的预防及处理方法。方法:回顾分析我院近十年胰十二指肠切除术资料,按年龄分组比较胰瘘的发生率及死亡率。结果:各组间胰瘘的发生率无明显差异,但老年组发生胰瘘后的死亡率明显高于年轻组。结论:年龄不是胰十二指肠切除术的绝对禁忌证,掌握正确原则,老年患者胰十二指肠切除术也可以获得较好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD) for the elder.Method 92 patients were divided into two groups by age. The incidence and mortality of pancreatic fistula after PD in both subjects were retrospectively analysed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups for the incidence of pancreatic fistula. but the mortality of the elderly subjects over 65 was significant higher than of the juvenility. Conclusion The age is not the absolute restrictment for PD. There will be good effect by the correct principle for the elder.更多还原
