【摘要】 目的:评价激光在治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(centralserouschorioretinopathy,CSC)中的疗效。方法:选择确诊为CSC的45例患者,随机分成激光治疗组27例,药物治疗组18例作为对照,通过观察两组患者治疗前后症状、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)的改变,视力变化,以及并发症、治愈率、复发率。结果:激光治疗组患者视力在术后第二周由术前的0.62±0.20恢复至0.86±0.21,P<0.05;术后一个月治愈率为96.3%,无一例复发。而药物治疗组患者视力在用药后一个月才由治疗前的0.63±0.16恢复至0.71±0.21;用药后一个月治愈率为44.4%,用药后三个月治愈率仅为61.1%,复发率为16.7%。两组相比,有非常显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:对符合条件的CSC患者应尽早进行激光治疗,可以明显缩短病程,提高视力和治愈率,改善视功能,降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treating central serous chorioretinopathy(CSC)with laser. Method Among 45 patients with CSC,27 patients were treated with laser,and 18 were treated with medicine as control group. To observe symptoms,eyeground,fundus fluoresce in angiography,visual acuity,recovery rate and recurrence rate in two groups. Results The visual acuity of the laser treatment group was 0.62±0.20,0.86±0.21 before and after treatment respectively(P<0.05)after two weeks. The recovery rate was 96.3% after one month,and no patient recrudesced. The visual acuity of the control group was 0.63±0.16,0.71±0.21 before and after treatment respectively after one month. The recovery rate was 44.4% after one month,and after three months recurrence rate was 16.7%. Conclusion To treat the CSC with laser can significantly improve visual acuity,recovery rate,especially at early stage of the disease.更多还原
